Tall Girl Problems
Kendra, 17 years old, 5'10.5For all the beautiful tall girls and the problems we have to endure. Through all the teasing, feeling out of place & short hems, I'm finally coming to a point where I realized that there's nothing wrong with being a little different. People still try to tear me down about it but there will always be people doing that. These problems are mostly to make you laugh & go "OH MY GOD. THAT'S MY LIFE." But this is more than just a place to share each other's problems. It's a support group where we encourage girls to see the beauty within them (so play nice, ladies). Ask me anything & feel free to submit!
"You're only as tall as your heart will let you be and you're only as small as the world will make you seem."
Stay positive!!
Dear clothing company’s,
Can you please just add one more inch to the bottom of your pants!!
Sincerely, tall girls
We intimidate people without even trying
Being able to see over people
Model like bodies
People want you to play sports
It’s a long fall down
I’m 5’10 and a head taller than my best friends. We went out to a bar the other night and i decided to wear a pair of heels that make me 6 feet tall. i wore a sparkly dress and embraced it. the best part was that even though my friends are completely gorgeous i had a lot of people come up to me that night and tell me i look amazing and i should model. So anyone afraid to wear heels…OWN IT. if you look confident people will notice!
Glad I found ur Wonderful Blog
I’m 5’8, not amazingly tall, but for the average height for a Mexican female being 5’1 it’s something, I’ve always been the tallest girl in my class when I was in High School, including cross country. I use to try to make myself look shorter, until one day I embraced being tall, and wasn’t even ashamed to wear heels. I have long legs so whenever i wear shorts or dresses my mom says I look slutty, even though i look for the longer ones in the stores. However I never really have issues with my torso. Another problem I have is since I’m tall, people always think I’m a lot skinnier than I am. My friends sister tried to let me borrow her size zero jeans when I’m size 4 to 5. I love your blog, and find it amazing what you even way taller girls have to go through. I’m glad I can at least always find shoes no problem. Only have issues with jeans.
TWO WORDS: KNOBBY KNEES.
mrboltzmann-deactivated20130305 asked: I'm not a girl, but I just want to make a shout-out here. Tall girls are beautiful. I'm 6'3" and one of the taller guys at my high school, and the two tallest girls are both 6'. I seriously can't stop eying them. I found this blog while looking for pictures to show one of my friends what I'm in to, and I was a little bit surprised that tall girls were being teased. Personally, I say keep growing! The world needs more tall girls--you're all stunning, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise!
Thanks for the love!
food-vs-fashion asked: I'm only 5 8" and I would kill to be your height! You're gorgeous! Own it :)
Ditto!
This site has everything. I love it :)
peace-love-horses asked: So, I'm 19 and about 6'4. I've always been the tallest girl wherever I go and I've always felt insecure about it, but your blog has made me realize that there is absolutely nothing wrong with being a tall girl. So I basically just wanted to say thanks. :)
You’re so welcome :)
alimarshie12 asked: Hi, I'm 12 years-old and I'm 5'7. I love your blog. I could read it for hours. It's hilarious and explains everything we go through! I love being tall and I hope every other girl learns to love it! Thanks for all you do!
You’re welcome!
Thanks for the support!

These are pictures from 2012-2013. I was supposed to stop growing last year, guess that didn’t happen. ;) My dad has always encouraged me to stand tall and feel good about myself, and I think everyone deserves to have someone to simply tell them that being tall is more than okay! I’m proudly 6’ 1” and I wouldn’t change my height for the world! :) I just love this blog, and reading other people’s stories are so encouraging! :)!!
