Tall Girl Problems
Kendra, 17 years old, 5'10.5For all the beautiful tall girls and the problems we have to endure. Through all the teasing, feeling out of place & short hems, I'm finally coming to a point where I realized that there's nothing wrong with being a little different. People still try to tear me down about it but there will always be people doing that. These problems are mostly to make you laugh & go "OH MY GOD. THAT'S MY LIFE." But this is more than just a place to share each other's problems. It's a support group where we encourage girls to see the beauty within them (so play nice, ladies). Ask me anything & feel free to submit!

She was an actress and dancer between the 1930's-1950's and she was around 6' tall! I found her to be an inspiration and I'm sure many girls following this site would too :)

Don’t focus so much on the height or bring it up all the time because it will probably just make both of you feel insecure about it.
Think of it like this, you’re at the perfect height to look into each other’s eyes. haha :)

Seriously! I doubt we’d even be able to walk. I don’t mind my shoe size until it’s time to shop. lol
I love being tall, and telling people I’m “5’12” to trip them up. :D I think the best moment of my life was at a youth banquet I was serving at as a sophomore last year. At the end of the banquet, one of my best friends, a graduating senior, approached me and said let’s take a picture together. So we did. He’s like 6’5 so I actually looked normal height. What touched me the most, though, is that he is autistic and he was so excited to be able to get a picture with me, aside from my excitement over having a picture with someone “my size.” It’s great to be able to reach someone like that because you’re tall like they are. :)

Im eighteen and 6"2 and have always hated my height and I have always been so jealous of my shorter friends. Guys don't usually know how to act around me and so I usually isolate myself at school. A lot of the guys I have liked in the past have been shorter than me and my friends seem to think its hilarious- reading this has made me feel much more confident. Thank you x.

Wear them! You’ll find that what other people say about you doesn’t matter because it won’t make or break you. Ultimately, they don’t determine what you’ll be in life. If you like to wear something, wear it because you can’t live your whole life based on what other people want you to do. You lose your originality and become ordinary and insecure. You were given your height to stand out, spark a little controversy and be radiant!
My #1 tall girl problem. There’s one only one Tom Brady & another tall girl already got him. Haha
