Tall Girl Problems
Kendra, 17 years old, 5'10.5For all the beautiful tall girls and the problems we have to endure. Through all the teasing, feeling out of place & short hems, I'm finally coming to a point where I realized that there's nothing wrong with being a little different. People still try to tear me down about it but there will always be people doing that. These problems are mostly to make you laugh & go "OH MY GOD. THAT'S MY LIFE." But this is more than just a place to share each other's problems. It's a support group where we encourage girls to see the beauty within them (so play nice, ladies). I get bugged sometimes how taller guys will walk right past me to go talk to a short girl, meanwhile short guys love to come up and talk to me, don’t get me wrong, I don’t discriminate, I don’t mind if a guy is a little shorter than me, even once dated a guy who was only 5’4” when I’m 6’ and a quarter. Its just really awkward, leaning down that far for a kiss. Also the feeling that maybe its not true attraction but really the fascination or what not. … Doesn’t stop me from wearing heels to the bar though haha!
