Tall Girl Problems
Kendra, 17 years old, 5'10.5For all the beautiful tall girls and the problems we have to endure. Through all the teasing, feeling out of place & short hems, I'm finally coming to a point where I realized that there's nothing wrong with being a little different. People still try to tear me down about it but there will always be people doing that. These problems are mostly to make you laugh & go "OH MY GOD. THAT'S MY LIFE." But this is more than just a place to share each other's problems. It's a support group where we encourage girls to see the beauty within them (so play nice, ladies). Shoes, sweats, and six feet tall
Hey ladies! 6’1” here, youngest and tallest of my family. But at 26, I’ve learned to embrace it. Some girls were asking about shoes for larger feet (I wear a size 14 womens) and longer sweats. For the shoes, check out barefoottess.com, which is based in Baltimore. They have really cheap, really good shoes is a wild range of sizes. I’ve meet the woman who owns the shop and she makes all these deals with designers to make larger sizes, so they have everything from boots to flats to heels. Also, there is always some sort of sale For the sweats, I’ve always found that college bookstores that sell clothes for the university have long sweat pants and they are really comfy. I’ve had a pair for years and they are perfect! Long live the tall lady!
