Tall Girl Problems
Kendra, 17 years old, 5'10.5For all the beautiful tall girls and the problems we have to endure. Through all the teasing, feeling out of place & short hems, I'm finally coming to a point where I realized that there's nothing wrong with being a little different. People still try to tear me down about it but there will always be people doing that. These problems are mostly to make you laugh & go "OH MY GOD. THAT'S MY LIFE." But this is more than just a place to share each other's problems. It's a support group where we encourage girls to see the beauty within them (so play nice, ladies). Ask me anything & feel free to submit!

I’m 5’11” and have always been taller than the majority of my friends. But I completely embrace and LOVE it! Any one who comments on my height is always envious and asks me to ‘share some inches’. Have confidence, ladies! It’s what makes you stand out from the crowd (in more ways than one)! :)
This is me trying on JC Lita’s, which made me like 6’5. [I’m 6’1/2 w/o them]. I just wanted to say to any girls who may be ashamed of being tall- be proud and stand tall. I work at a fast food place and come into contact with lots of people, and they are always making comments on my height and how I stand with my shoulders back and “wear my height well.” If you are confident and show it by not slouching and wearing heels even if your a foot taller than all your friends, then other people will see it too (: Anyway. That’s my little speech haha. I love you all tall girls!:)
I love that I’m tall!
When I was younger I always felt awkward, boys were always shorter than me, but when I passed my teens I “grew” out of that, gained a few pounds so that I no longer looked like a twigg. I no longer care that I am taller because boys/men still hit on me and I always get to show off my legs (I mean seriously it’s sort of impossible to hide them). I’m just turning 22, 6 ft and 0,5 in, and my friends always try to trade a couple of inches.

This is a picture of my sister and I. I’m six foot and she’s 5’10”, we have best friends who are all shorter than us and which makes us look like elves to Hobbits but we love and them. We don’t try to be shorter than we are, we wear heels when we want and embrace our height. So love yourself and embrace being taller than someone don’t be ashamed of it.
me and my friend went on the dodgems at a funfair once
this is what happens 5’11”/6ft tall girl and a cart that was clearly made for dwarves collide. not a pretty sight.

Cousins with a 2 year age difference
In this picture is me and my cousin. I’m 14 (and the tall one) and she is 16. I was 5’6” then and she is 5’.

52 And Loving My Height!
I am 52 years old and 6’1”. I wouldn’t trade one inch of my height now. You wouldn’t believe how many women my age ask me for a “transplant” of a few inches of my legs. Hang in there, girls. Tall really IS beautiful. It’s powerful and memorable, too, especially in the business world. Stand up straight, throw those shoulders back and smile!
